You can now download a printable version of our
"Wedding
Procedure Form". This is the form we use to:
- Line up the wedding party
- Select the songs for special dances
- Determine the general flow of events for the reception
Currently it's available in two formats - choose either Microsoft WORD or Adobe Portable Document Format (.pdf). The pdf version should work great whether you are using a PC or a MAC.
Left click on one of the links below to open the document. If you like, you can also save the document to your hard drive. Just right click on the link and choose “Save target as ...” (for Internet Explorer users) or “Save link as ...” (for Netscape users).

Once it opens in your browser, just print the form. It's a good idea to print two copies - use one as a "worksheet" and use the second as the final. Mail the completed form to the address shown at the bottom of the form.
